Just showing a variation here on one of my favorite brekkies - the yogurt parfait! This one was really simple. I took nonfat vanilla yogurt, added about 1/3 cup of lowfat almond granola from TJ's, and then piled on some fresh blueberries and chopped banana pieces. Aren't the blueberries so pretty on top of the white/beige ingredients? I love this for breakfast because it includes lots of fruits, but is also very substantial and filling to kick off the day.
