Can I just say, easiest dinner ever? I got this piece of salmon from Whole Foods, and then all I did was cover it in Soyaki, a sauce from Trader Joe's that's a cross between teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. I usually use the sauce for stir fry, but it was also great for marinating this salmon! I put the marinated fish in a pyrex pan and popped it in the oven, and in a little bit the fish was moist and delicious and done! And did I say easy?
