Spring Pasta Salad


Yet another attempt by me to get rid of everything in the freezer before moving out... and this time it worked! The rest of the roasted corn and string beans went into this pasta salad, aka just a total mixture of ingredients with pasta (in my world, mayo is not a pasta salad requirement). I threw in some extra asparagus and mushrooms from my little stir fry earlier this week, and also added calamari! aka squid? I don't know at what point it changes from squid to calamari. I used to think that deep frying was the qualifier, but I'm not so sure anymore.

Oh and in case you were wondering, it's dressed in a little bit of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Real fancy stuff.
