Sunday Brunch Popover Party

I learned how to make popovers at a young age from the awesome children's cookbook Pretend Soup, and to this day they are still one of my favorite breakfast treats. They are light, fluffy, a little sweet, easy to make, and when you eat them fresh out of the oven, butter and jam melts perfectly into their hollow center.

So I decided to have a little Sunday Brunch "Popover Party" to invite some friends over, hang out, and enjoy popovers!

We also had fresh fruit (thanks guys for bringing that!), french press coffee, and tea. The wild blueberry jam on the popovers was a big hit!

What You Need
1 cup milk
1 cup flour (I used whole wheat)
2 eggs
a mixing bowl
a whisk (this is really important!)

How to Make It
Preheat oven to 375°. Whisk the eggs, flour and milk together in a mixing bowl. Pour into greased cupcake tins - only fill about halfway, they will rise! Bake for 30 minutes.
