Omelette Fully Loaded


All omelettes are good, but omelettes made just after going food shopping are even better. At that time, you have every possible ingredient on hand that you could ever possibly want in an omelette. This omelette is jam packed with veggies and herbs and deliciousness!



What's Inside:
2-3 eggs (more whites than yolks)
olive oil or butter, for greasing the pan
onions
mushrooms
kale
spinach
sundried tomatoes
avocado
feta
brie
rosemary
basil


The order that the ingredients are listed in is the order in which I added the ingredients to the pan. The onions take the longest to cook, then the mushrooms, and so on, until the avocado, which I don't really like hot. When all the ingredients are on the pan, you pour over the whisked eggs, cook until the eggs are done, and there ya go!
