I had a pizza with these three delicious ingredients on it at Co., a restaurant in Chelsea, a few years ago, and have been wanting to recreate it for a long time.
Trader Joe's sells pizza dough for 99 cents a bag (about enough for one very large pie), so I got the whole wheat dough. I laid it flat, added lightly sauteed spinach, plops of ricotta cheese, and then sprinkled with sea salt, and drizzled with olive oil.
The pie bakes in less than 10 minutes, so it was equally as quick to prepare as it was to cook.
