Banana-Mocha Breakfast Shake
How can a shake be healthy, you may ask?
What's Inside
Skim or 1% Milk (1/2 cup - 1 cup, depending on how much shake you want)
Frozen banana, ripe and cut up in pieces before freezing
1tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 shot espresso
Everything about this shake works out so perfectly. You want your coffee with milk, your milk with chocolate, and chocolate with bananas. So why not combine all four of them? In this drink the frozen bananas are the key ingredient, because they sweeten the unsweetened chocolate, and make the smoothie cold and frosty.
