Apple Crisp

This afternoon, I left for a board retreat for a club I'm involved with on campus. In the morning before leaving, I decided to use some not so delicious apples I had around to make delicious baked breakfast apple crisp!

What You Need
apples (they don't need to be perfect!)
cinnamon
oats
brown sugar (optional)

How To Make It
The great thing about apples is that when baked, the sugars naturally come out to make the apples sweet and to create a little sauce, so you don't need to add anything extra to make an apple crisp sauce! Just chop the apples, and sprinkle on cinnamon, brown sugar if you would like, and oats. I put mine in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. It was such a delicious breakfast before leaving for the long car ride to retreat!
