Here's what's inside this week's drink:
Watermelon
Frozen Berries
Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
Fresh Ginger
I usually try to make my fruit drinks 100% juice, but I had this after working out, and wanted to add a little protein, so I added the yogurt. It worked since there weren't already too many ingredients, and it turned the drink into this really nice pink color! Also, the ginger added a little extra kick, which tasted great, and not to mention that ginger is great for the digestive system!
