I still hold that this was a stroke of brilliance on my part. I was reading the back of the label on this delicious dip from TJ's, and it said something about stirring it into soups and stews to add flavor. So, I decided to just stir it into lentils!
I cooked the lentils which I'd bought in bulk, and then stirred in the spread until it was mixed evenly and the sauce was warm. It looks a little like dog food, but it tasted really good!
Also, just buy this dip anyway... it's awesome... (I really need to stop advertising for Trader Joe's...)
